The Hotel Syracuse complex includes 650,000 sq. ft., built in 1922 and intensely renovated and redeveloped to include 300 apartments, a 180 room hotel, a high tech conference center, 570 parking spots, and 82,000 sq. ft. of retail space. It was sold in 2008. The project is currently halted pending legal resolutions.
Situated in the heart of the Old City of Tiberias, just a short walking distance from the shores of Lake Galilee. This 4-star hotel complex was acquired and completely remodeled in 1996 with ten floors and 400 luxurious rooms, and sold in 2002 to the Malibu Group.
